We really care that you are satisfied. If we make a mistake, we will make it right. If your product arrives damaged, please SAVE THE PACKAGING and contact us by email immediately upon receipt sheila@gildaycreative.com
You have 14 days from the delivery date to report any damage present. If there is damage reported beyond 14 days from delivery date we are unable to process a claim.
Please provide images of the damage on box along with a clear image of the shipping label (if possible).
If it is determined that the damage is on our part, we will gladly replace your product at no cost to you.
If there is a spelling error, we will check the info you provided and if the mistake was on our part, we will make sure to ship you a corrected one at no cost to you. We will pay for shipping to send the product back to us if necessary.
Artwork available on this website is made-to-order and customized to your specific requirements. As a result, all sales are final, and artwork is not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges. This policy applies to both customized and non-customized pieces.
