Custom Pet Ear Portraits

Turn one of your pet’s most endearing features into a timeless work of art. This framed pet ear portrait transforms your beloved companion’s signature ears into a beautifully crafted, display-worthy memento.

Using a photo of your pet, I hand-draw a custom line illustration that captures the unique shape and personality of their ears. The design is then precisely laser cut from wood, carefully hand painted, and mounted to create a striking three-dimensional, raised effect. The result is a refined piece of art that feels both modern and deeply personal.

Perfect as a thoughtful gift for devoted pet lovers, this piece is also a meaningful way to memorialize a cherished pet or celebrate a new addition to the family. For a more graphic, contemporary look, the portrait can also be created in a bold, single-color style.

Please note: Because the ear portrait is created in a simplified illustrative style, the standard package does not include a revision proof. A proof-and-revision option can be added for customers who would like to review the artwork before production.

CHOOSE A PHOTO & PLACE YOUR ORDER

Choose your favorite photo of your dog, horse, cat, rabbit, or any other pet. I ask for up to 3 to 4 images to be safe. Make sure the pets EARS are clearly visible.  You know your pet by silhouette alone—the perk of one ear, the curl of another, or the unmistakable way both tilt when you say their favorite word. Provide a photo that really shows that uniqueness.

Fill out the order form and questionnaire. This will include questions about your pet, if you have multiple pets, what type of portrait you want (ears or one line portrait), and artwork size.

Next upload your pet’s portraits, and then click PLACE ORDER.

Often Asked:

How custom ordering works.
Every portrait I create is fully customized. Not just by breed, but by your pet’s personality, expressions, quirks, and the emotions you want the artwork to capture. That level of customization means there isn’t a one-size-fits-all pricing structure.

A quick online checkout assumes every project is the same. But your pet isn’t generic, and your artwork shouldn’t be either. By reviewing your request first, I can make sure you’re getting the right style, size, level of detail, and final product for what you’re envisioning. This also ensures the quote reflects the time, materials, and care needed to bring your pet to life.
