It’s a little bit of magic on paper. With a single, graceful sweep, we capture the personality, warmth, and soul of your beloved pet in a way that feels timeless and deeply personal. The line flows into a delicate heart and finishes with your pet’s name, making each piece unmistakably theirs.

From there, the illustration is brought to life. It’s meticulously laser cut from wood, then hand painted to match the distinctive markings and details of your best friend. Finally, it’s mounted in a frame, ready to be displayed as a meaningful keepsake—perfect as a gift or a lasting reminder of the love that fills your home.

CHOOSE A PHOTO & PLACE YOUR ORDER

Choose your favorite photo of your dog, horse, cat, rabbit, or any other pet. I ask for up to 3 to 4 images to be safe.

Fill out the custom pet portrait order form and questionnaire. This will include questions about your pet, if you have multiple pets, what type of portrait you want (ears or one line portrait), and artwork size.

Next upload your pet’s portraits, and then click PLACE ORDER.

APPROVE YOUR PROOF:
Sheila will create your custom, hand-illustrated, pet portrait! If you’ve selected a Single Line Pet Portrait or selected the option for a proof for the Pet Ear Portrait, we’ll send you a proof to review. Approve it or request changes. Multiple change requests may incur an additional fee, so please make sure you have read the Pet Portrait Order Agreement.
You can not pick up or ship your order until you approve the portrait to ensure you are 100% satisfied with the finished product.

YOUR ITEM IS DELIVERED
If you have chosen “local pickup”, we will coordinate where you’ll be able to pick up your order.
If you’ve chosen “Shipping”, once your item ships, we’ll send you an email with tracking information. Expect delivery within about 2 weeks of placing your order, and add a few days during the busy holiday season.

Every portrait I create is fully customized. Not just by breed, but by your pet’s personality, expressions, quirks, and the emotions you want the artwork to capture. That level of customization means there isn’t a one-size-fits-all pricing structure.

A quick online checkout assumes every project is the same. But your pet isn’t generic, and your artwork shouldn’t be either. By reviewing your request first, I can make sure you’re getting the right style, size, level of detail, and final product for what you’re envisioning. This also ensures the quote reflects the time, materials, and care needed to bring your pet to life.
